A scene from A Starry, Starry Night
by Walter Wick (Creator of the I Spy books)The BYU Art Museum
Last month we visited the BYU Art Museum for some great family fun. They have a wonderful display of the works of Walter Wick. He is the mastermind behind the I Spy books. They had copies of some of the pages in his various books. It was so fun to look and find the items. Also on display, were some of the models used to create the pictures. We had a great time.
After I took the last picture, I was told there was no photos allowed. I am glad I got the few I did.
Next door to the Walter Wick exhibit was another great display for families. It is the works of Dan Steinhilber. These works are large and fun and tangable. Of course the pictures can't do it justice.
Flying packing peanuts. 5 huge fans were set up to blow them around a corner. (the kids favorite)
Sink with running water and PVC pipes all over
Florencent Lights in a dark room that flicker (kind of hard to explain. Of course the flash lit everything up and no flash was just black. I'm sure Luann would do it better :))
